General panel management
- You are responsible for activating, managing, retaining and facilitating the community on all platforms.
- You are responsible for the marketing strategy and communication strategy and execution of the panel
- You are the liaison between the brand and the community member and you encourage interaction and dialogue
- You are focused and drive innovation in the field of online research
- You are responsible for the recruitment of new members with a focus on groups that are often underrepresented in general in panels, such as young males and people with a migration background
- You have clear ideas about increasing the experience of research, survey participation and panel membership
- You are responsible for a greater willingness of members to participate in surveys
Recruit qualitative panel members
- Participate in the definition of the acquisition strategy
- Manage the existing acquisition sources: Facebook ads, affiliates, partnerships..
- Initiate and test new paid sources
- Manage free sources: refer a friend..
- Continuous monitoring of the KPI’s regarding conversion and quality of the lead sources
- Design, setup, implement and execute creative barter deals with partners
Manage and optimise the Panel Member Experience
- Participate in the definition of the multichannel CRM strategy
- Manage the animation plan: newsletters, push notifications...
- Manage trigger campaigns

- Implement B2B communication strategy in the Netherlands.
- Design and implement a predictable lead generation funnel for sales
- Setup and manage SEA, SEO, Social, Display (dsp), affiliate and email campaigns
- Organize and manage events
- Manage the content on the website and other marketing materials
- Deep dive into industry research to create commercially successful editorial output; identification for the opportunity of development of content
- Develop & grow relations with relevant market stakeholders & thought leaders
- Provide strategic & technical sector & geographical market information to the marketing & sales departments, including value propositions, competitive events analyses & market mapping information
- Write commercially viable content for newsletter articles, conference agendas & marketing sales collateral
- Conduct in-depth phone &/or face to face interviews with thought leaders for breaking content

- Preferably have experience with innovative recruitment methods in the field of social media
- Have good knowledge of which target groups are present on which social media, and how best to address them
- Experience in the research or marketing world is a plus.
- You follow the news closely. Experience in journalism is a plus.
- You already have 3-4 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience in dealing with web-based tools (e.g. content management systems, Google Adwords or Analytics)
- Very good time management and strong organizational skills
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and inventiveness are a great advantage
- Confident feeling for language and a high affinity for numbers
- Perfect command of written and spoken Dutch. Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of business life in the Netherlands
