In addition, you play an essential role in mapping out the needs of the end user through a combination of qualitative and quantitative insights. You work as a consultant for the client and you are a team player with persuasiveness: You are able to translate the data into concrete action points and you can communicate this data-driven advice to stakeholders, engineers and designers. About You 🤚🏿🤚🏾🤚🏽🤚🏼🤚🏻 🌈Do you believe in the power of user data? Then you are already a long way to becoming a Web Analyst at Incentro. What else do we expect from you?
- 2+ years of experience in a data or web analyst role;
- A relevant completed HBO/WO education;
- You are able to make the data understandable for the customer;
- You are able to convert data into concrete actions and you can include the customer in this;
- Knowledge of BI and/or analytics tooling;
- Experience with ContentSquare or comparable DXA software is an advantage*;
- Experience with consultancy and/or working with multiple stakeholders at the same time
- You can communicate excellently with the customer and users in English (Dutch is an advantage).
